Do you offer discounts to non-profits?
Yes! Every service we offer is discounted for non-profit organizations. In addition, we choose one project per quarter to provide pro bono to an organization doing important work.
If you build us a website, can we make changes ourselves?
Yes, all our website packages come with training videos so that you can make changes yourself if you wish. We also provide these services at our hourly rate for content and website updates. Most updates can be completed for our minimum charge, which is $23.75 (before any discounts).
In addition, most website packages include customized page templates you can use to create new pages on your site.

Who is the “owner” of the website and the domain if you are the host?
You always retain ownership of your website. We have hosted hundreds of websites and domains for decades, and we are always happy to transfer a site immediately under any circumstances if needed. We also provide a backup tool so that you can take your own backup at any time.
In our experience, organizations are less likely to lose access to services (due to people leaving the org, credit cards expiring, or cell phone numbers/back up emails changing) if we help manage them, but we never want to limit your access or ability to move to a new host. We are happy to manage your domain while you remain the primary billiing contact if you prefer.
A good website host does much more than collect a monthly fee.
